After you have successfully downloaded and unzipped your files, you should see 3 folders: Examples, Player, and Skins. Here are the steps to install the FLV Player (AS 3.0) Component and skins:

1. Open the "Player" folder and install "FLV_Player_AS3.mxp" using Adobe Extension Manager.
2. Open the "Skins" folder and install  all of the skins you see in the folder using Adobe Extension Manager. In this example, we show both "AFC_ClassicSkin.mxp" and "AFC_PixelOverSkin.mxp". (If all is correct, it should look like the image below.)
3. Open Flash CS3 and create a new ActionScript 3.0 file.
4. Open the components window (window>components) and then expand the "AFComponents" folder.
5. In that folder, you should see the FLV Player component, drag an instance to the stage.
6. Next, with your player selected open the parameters window (window>properties>parameters) and find the "skin" parameter.
7. Double click to open the "Select Skin" panel (shown in the image below) and select the AFC FLV Player (AS 3.0) skin that you would like to use.
8. Next, set the source of your player, and you are good to go.
