Question:
Can you help to clarify the following: does the scroll panel allow you to create a slideshow application similar to the loop product? I am confused as to why I would need the loop application if the scroll panel will perform this function - thanks.

Both the Scroll Panel and the Loop components are based on the same framework which makes them very similar. However, the big difference between the two is how the actual scroll works. The Loop enables continues scroll where the Scroll Panel scrolls only when an item is selected. If you are trying to build a slideshow application where the scrolling happens manually then the Scroll Panel is a better choice. |
