Choppy video

Question:
I purchase the FLV Player and find the video is really choppy. What setting should I set for the buffer time. It is 0.1 right now. What else should I set properly? I am using Flash 8.

Buffer size depends on the size of the video and the internet connection. To be safe set it 3-5 seconds. It is hard to say without knowing the size of the video. |
