Installing With Adobe Flash CS3

Question:
Dear AFComponents,

I have been successfully using the FLV Player 2.2 with Flash 8 Pro, but just today I upgraded to the all new Adobe Flash CS3 and am having difficulty getting the component to show up.

I double-clicked FLV_Player.mxp file and it now shows up as successfully installed within the Adobe Extension Manager. However, when I open Flash CS3 and click on Windows->Components, there is no "AFComponents" listing and the FLV Player is no where to be found like it was in Flash 8.

From reading some other posts regarding FLV Player 2.2 and Flash CS3, I am under the impression it is compatible with the new version. Thought I would drop you guy a line and see what could be causing the problem or if I am doing something wrong. Thanks for your help.

Hey Wigz,

Thanks so much... it worked perfectly! The problem was I was trying to use it in an Action Script 3.0 file. The component doesn't show up within that kind of project. But as soon as I viewed the components panel in an AS2.0 file, it worked!

I've really enjoyed using your component (will be certainly branching out to new components in the near future) and have been impressed with the support. Thanks for all your help. Take care.
