Please help! bug on close / reopen

I posted a few days ago about this and still haven't gotten a response.

my issue is that if i open a tooltip, then close it, then open it again, it appears that the tooltip starts opening (enough just to show the top left corner) then stops. so it appears as a little block on screen. if i click to open again, it will open. this is a major problem and i'd love to know how to get around it.

i am loading MCs into tooltips that contain some text, a scrollbar, and the AFC image gallery component. everything works perfectly except for this error.
